Absolutely outstanding service from Busy Living Property Care. I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We used them for a complete end-of-lease clean and property tidy-up, and the amount of work they completed was incredible. They mowed all the lawns, cleaned out all the gutters, and pressure washed the entire driveway, front and back areas, and all around the sides of the house. They also carried out a full deep clean inside the property, including the walls, windows, bathrooms, toilets and all the areas that needed attention for our end-of-lease handover. The difference when they finished was amazing — the whole property looked fresh, clean and extremely well presented. What's included in an end of lease clean?
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, skirting, sills, internal accessible glass and general presentation are standard. Oven, inside cupboards and wardrobes, window tracks, wall spot cleaning and exterior windows are optional extras confirmed on your quote.
Can you clean the house and mow the lawns?
Yes. That's the main reason people book us. Lawns, edges, weeding, hedges and green waste can be quoted with the internal clean in one booking.
Can you clean the windows?
Internal accessible glass, frames and sills are part of the standard clean. Window tracks and exterior windows are optional — tick them on the quote form and they'll be confirmed on your quote.
Can you clean the oven?
Yes — oven cleaning is an optional extra confirmed on your quote. Heavy build-up takes longer, so a photo helps us quote it accurately.
Do I need to remove my furniture first?
It's best if the property is empty. We can work around a few remaining items, but the clean is most thorough once everything is out.
Can you remove rubbish?
Yes — rubbish and green waste removal can be quoted alongside the clean. Let us know roughly what's left behind.
Do you guarantee my bond?
No. Bond refunds depend on factors beyond the cleaning service — the entry condition report, the property's condition and any damage or maintenance issues, decided by the landlord or agent. We make the agreed cleaning scope clear before we start.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
It depends on the size and condition of the property and any extras. We'll give you an honest estimate with your quote.
How early should I book?
As early as you can, especially near the end of the month when handovers bunch up. Tell us your handover date when you enquire and we'll confirm availability.
Do I need to be at the property?
No, as long as we have access arranged — keys, lockbox or agent pick-up — and power and water are still connected.
